Kanchan, Keerti, Kaamini (KKK)
Why We Chase Kanchan, Keerti, Kaamini — And How It Secretly Leads Us Toward Spirituality

Every one of us lives with imperfect senses. We hear partially, see partially, perceive partially — and because of this incompleteness, we often fall into illusion. Illusion leads to mistakes, and mistakes push us—consciously or unconsciously—into hiding, defending, or justifying our actions.
This cycle of illusion → mistake → deception repeats endlessly.
But beneath these patterns lies a deeper truth about human motivation.
The Three Forces That Drive Us: Kanchan, Keerti, Kaamini
Whether we admit it or not, most of our actions revolve around three desires:
Kanchan — wealth, security, the ability to shape our environment
Keerti — fame, respect, validation, the desire to be seen as “knowledgeable”
Kaamini — sensual pleasure, emotional fulfilment, attraction
These three become the default operating system of human life.
Almost everything we pursue—career, relationships, opinions, ambitions—is somewhere tied to increasing one of these three.
And yet, if we honestly ask people whether they’ve achieved these three in the way they expected, the answer is almost always:
“No.”
But there’s a twist.
Some rare individuals seem to experience these in abundance—far beyond what they imagined—and they keep receiving more. What’s different about them?
They were never chasing the limited versions of Kanchan, Keerti, and Kaamini.
They were chasing the unlimited.
And that’s exactly where spirituality begins.
The Shift From Limited to Unlimited
When we begin thinking in terms of unlimited wealth, unlimited respect, unlimited bliss, we unknowingly step into the spiritual dimension.
Because the unlimited forms of these three desires have very specific names:
1. Kanchan → Sat (Existence)
Money gives us a sense of temporary security—
“I can survive, I can control my surroundings.”
But this security is fragile. It can vanish.
The unlimited form of security is eternal existence, called Sat.
2. Keerti → Chit (Knowledge / Consciousness)
Fame tricks us into believing that we “know everything” because people agree with us.
But social validation is not knowledge.
People agree for their own reasons—not because we’re right.
The unlimited form of knowledge is Chit, pure consciousness, absolute truth.
3. Kaamini → Anand (Infinite Bliss)
Sensual pleasure is momentary.
It brings joy mixed with fatigue, craving, imbalance—even depression.
The unlimited form of pleasure is Anand—eternal, causeless, unconditional bliss.
The Surprising Connection: Sat–Chit–Anand = God
The most astonishing part?
The combined form of Sat (existence), Chit (knowledge) and Anand (bliss)
is the very definition of God.
This is not philosophy. It’s literally mentioned in scriptures like Gopal Sahasranama.
So when we chase unlimited security, unlimited knowledge, and unlimited bliss,
we are—unknowingly—chasing God.
Our spiritual journey doesn’t begin when we sit for meditation.
It begins the moment we realise:
“What I truly want is not money, fame, or pleasure…
but their unlimited form.”
Why This Realisation Changes Everything
When our aim shifts from the limited to the unlimited:
Life starts making sense from a higher perspective
Spiritual teachings stop sounding impractical or “crazy”
Our ambitions feel meaningful instead of stressful
We experience deeper satisfaction and clarity
We naturally align with wisdom instead of illusion
This is how spirituality begins—not by rejecting life, but by upgrading our understanding of what we are truly chasing.
Final Thought
Every human is already on the spiritual path—they just don’t recognise it yet.
The desire for limitless wealth, respect, and bliss is not material—it’s divine.
Once we see the world through this lens, life becomes lighter, deeper, and more beautiful.
We stop chasing shadows and start moving toward the real source.
Sat. Chit. Anand.
The destination we were unknowingly pursuing all along.
